Tadpole, Well, I don't know where you're from, but I'm from the United States. In the United States we have a piece of paper called the U.S. Constituition. This "Constituition" has a Bill of Rights that imply that a person is innocent until proven guilty. According to the "Bill of Rights" the guilt of a person is determined by a jury or a judge, and not by George W. Bush.
I'm from America too, and the proof he is a sick waste of human flesh is officially in. I would gladly personally kill him after he tells what he will. For once, we don't have to bomb a few thousand innocents to get to at least a very heinous symptom, if not the original problem. This man needs to do some talking, and then see Allah with any further concerns he may have. Our "justice" system is sorely ill-equipped to handle this one.

hypewaders, You have to take the bad with the good. Which court system would you prefer to be tried in, pre or post 9/11? What would you do if Bushy decides to label you a terrorist?? Would it then be OK to torture you, lock you up, and throw away the key?? It is only fair to offer the same rights to other people that you want for yourself. Prosooth, you may find me scary, but I assure you I am up to no badness approaching what Sheikh Mohammed is known to have done. This is not one of those desperate FBI mistaken-identity-flunky-slipping-through-the-border RED ALERT! screwups- this is a real, live, bad, bad dude. There are plenty more like him before they come for me- and I could evade that big a police state anyway.
IMHO we need to look very hard at Sheikh Mohammed and Associates' motivations, and finally get around to ending the most eggregious and arrogant American antagonisms of Arabs and Muslims that have brought this whole senseless blood feud on. In the mean time, as a peace and justice-loving society, we should also make the gesture of mounting his severed head on the tip of the Chysler building, keep a nice live webcam view of it for the next few months, and incorporate the image in all its colors in the War on Terrorism Logo on Fox News. CNN can have use of it too.

Sorry to break this to you man but the Constituation died it's death when Dubbya come to office. The first bullet in the corpse was when the Supreme court ruled that the "American public had no right to say who is elected president" basically rendering your "Constitutional right to vote" null and void, or at best irrelevant. I can remeber the exact words and explanation given but you can get it at www.wsws.org. Dubbya came into power by criminal means and theft of the election. He rules by the same means (The fact alone that most of his office he electeced after they were ousted from their companies due to Accounting and fraud scandals, then saying he will run government like a business, with that kind of business...i'ld be worried) After that well hes launched attack after attack on Freedom of speech, Human rights and your Rights if your American and most of you don't even seem to of noticed. Even if they did think the Constitution meant enough for them to take 5 seconds out from wiping their asses with it to read it, They would just classify you a "Terrorist" or some such trump up charge that they dont need and evidence to make and bang, all of a sudden even if your USA born and bred, you mean shit, you disappear into a hole somewhere, your rights mean shit cause you have none, and anyone that belives only those who deserve it end up in this situation are wilfully ignorant. America is no longer a Democracy and very soon it will go from out and out demonisation and attacks of External "forces" to internal repression on a greater scale than is already happening and you will have yourselves a nice old Police state come Dictatorship.
