The truth is, that I don't care if she has an orgasm or not, (if it's just a one night stand or more, if they come back for more that meant she liked it the first time). However when in a deep love relationship, I do care if she is "lying" to me about her sexual gratification. Sex may be a minor thing in a deep love relationship, but sexual gratification is a big deal of the relationship, without it, the relationship may be headed on a doward turn (if she can't get her jollies off with ya, she'll be seeking elsewhere). And there lies the problem with male sexual inadequate behavior of (just getting off himself) without gratifying his partner. To be considered a "good lover" you better be aware of her orgasms, if she's faking it, or not is how you may determine if she's sincere or not!.
