I mean like, have you seen someone who looked just too weird in your opinion? I once saw a lady in a clinic who looked like a mannequin...... to mix things up, she's one of the clinic staff.....
I have seen a rather horrendously unattractive women at a airport once, oddly enough she had a very soothing, gentle voice. Her face and figure were anything but.

I'd have to say Michael Jackson. And also this guy who was my science teacher.. long long long ago. The man looked like a stunned frog and used to spend his time in class dropping his pen in front of the student's tables and then bend down and look up our skirts under the table.
