Why is it that a government claiming to work for the people will not let their employers know what their commission is for each contract? We should know what the tax spending situation is really like at every level of government. Furthermore, this record should be updated and available upon request via the Internet and other communiques. I want to know where it's going and I don't want to pay until I know.

Hmm, I think that info is free for the asking.

I'm not entirely sure what your question is, but I think you'll find most of the answers you seek by asking the proper questions of the proper government agencies.

Ask and ye shall receive.

There's much more. You just have to look for it.

Most democratic governments have the information available, it's just they like to bury it. The same sort of information is available for how UK taxes is spent, but again you have to dig round looking for it.

For instance taxes can be spent on supplimenting the economies of other nations, i.e. The UK Suppliments some small "Commonwealth" islands that currently can't support their own economy, although the eventual plan is to make them self supportive, the funny thing is when they are you'll never see a tax reduction.

The government has no employers. It can do whatever it wants, and does so.
