I'm running Safari on my iMac. (i know, it blows.. i want a powerbook!) anyways, Safari kills absolutely every damn pop-up in the world.. i haven't seen ONE since i started using this browser.

by the way, Mac OS X kicks Windows' butt

15 inch powerbook, the one with the dvd-r, heh, and yeah, never once had a bad pop-up, but proxomitron blocks ads in the website itself, wish safari would do that

Mozilla has a built in pop-up blocker, as does Opera. Google is a day late and a dollar short.

And Linux kicks more ass then Indiana Jones.

Sure there are a lot of popup blockers out there, but from what I have seen very few of them let through the popups that I actually want appearing. It's a pain in the arse when some intended popups keep getting closed due to the "awesome popup killer" that you just downloaded.

haven't had that problem in quite awhile. think something called just like "pop-up stopper" blocked everything, but that was it

People are still using Internet Deplorer?

Opera 7 is the way to go, man! Built in pop-up killer... kill images... list all links on a page... and the "Find in page search" feature kicks butt! No more CTRL-F!

hellz no, that was way back when... opera is very sweet, loved the mouse gestures, but now, safari's the only way to fly
