Recently former majority Republican Whip Tom Delay was convicted of money laundering and sentenced to prison. Now we learn about the new Republican Chairman on Government Oversight, Darrell Issa. Republican Issa's colorful past which includes several arrests. And if you are an insurance company you probably would want to think twice before issuing a policy to Congressman Issa. But what is really odd is that the GOP would want to put this man in charge of Goverment oversight.
