Which is the input, which the output?
The rotating gear reverses direction or not?
Provide the calculations to show how you got the idea that
a one horsepower motor...will produce over 100 horsepower
Too many unnecessary pin joints.

What is this?

Is this just a motor that is geared down and controlling a lever?

I see it now your moving the gear back and forth causing the structure below it to swing. The motor changes directions when the structure's motions reaches 0 or below. Thus giving the crankshaft below it increasing centrifugal force causing it to rotate.

There's a limit for which that structure can swing and that is just a little less than a 45 degree swing change on both sides anymore would cause a defraction in power thanks to the swing bar jamming itself. So this design at 100 percent efficiency would be 25 percent increase in power.

But thanks to friction it would probably rob you of any power you have gained by using the gravity swing on your crankshaft.

Plus when a motor first starts up it uses around 5 times more pulling amps. So the motor going forward and backwards in constant and fast rotations would pull a lot of amps and fry the motor.
