Need help with Virtualdub!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi, does anybody here familiar with the freeware program called virtualdub. It is a program designed to convert mpegs into avis and avi's in other various formats of different avi's. Anyway i need help with it. You see after i start to convert the audio or video or both of any avi it seems to get stuck in the middle. First this only happened with some movies but now it happens with all of them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    if so the it can't be a virtual dub problem, but it is somewhere in your system
    [maybe the puter runs out of resources]

    I've been using virtual dub for some months now, no problems

    it might be some codec that's causing the problem...but i don't which one..i have atl east 30 different codecs installed on my system so i can't really know which one.
