Follow their advice and form the product S(t) as follows.

S(t)=<&psi;(0)|&psi;(t)>
S(t)=&Sigma;(c<sub>m</sub><sup>*</sup>< E<sub>m</sub>|)&Sigma;(c<sub>n</sub>|E<sub>n</sub>>)

Note that the first summation is over m and the second is over n. When you're done simplifying you should get:

S(t)=&Sigma;|c<sub>n</sub>|<sup>2</sup>exp(-iE<sub>n</sub>/hbar).

Try to follow the rest of the hints from there.
