Someone I know needs a program to open picture files easily. They, for some odd reason, do not have Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. (Yes they have Windows, but not that program... wtf?)

I searched repeatedly for the program to no avail. Is it somewhere on the computer where I'm not looking? Or can I download it somewhere?

If these things are not applicable, what other program do you suggest using to view these pictures. Paint is an old standard, but kinda shitty.
