i learnd that humans have two main neck arteries that supply the brain with blood. apparently the right one is weaker and more prone to damage eg. blockage or to burst, resulting to paralysis of the left side of the body. now i wonder if there is any correlation with this and righthandedness. with weaker bloodsystem on the right brain side the left side would have better bloodsupply resulting in better development of the brain and better control of the right side of the body and thus being righthanded. would i be possible that someone who is lefthanded would have a relativly "stronger" right brainside while the weaker neckartery is on the left side?

I'm not aware of the carotid on one side being "weaker" than the other side. Even if that is true, I seriously doubt it would have anything to do with handedness.

I'd think it would be more related to genes than blood supply.
