There are many "creation" stories, but the one I like best is where a sky god (symbol of consciousness) and an earth goddess (symbol of knowledge, will and action) co-exist in "undifferentiated" union. For some reason (let us call it The First Word), they separate and all of That Which Is comes streaming forth from her loins.... Spirit, Mind and Body are now subject to individual experience, and the relentless wheel of Time begins to turn. Illusion or Real, who can say? And is there even any point in wondering where it all comes from? What do you say?
