My internet is ok, why is it ficked up!

    Today I came home and the internet was ok, then after one hour my modem was working but i can't get on internet explorer??? I am not a computer whiz at all, I don't know how to explain sufficently obviously. But I don't know it's really weird is there anything I can do short of calling anyone?

    Click on the 'file' tab. If there is a check beside work-offline, click on it.

    IE goes into default mode of offline when it can not connect. You should see a tumbtack or push pin indicating that it is in offline mode.
