a lawyer just called me saying my dad haired his services. He told me he will be going to court with me and has also said I should not worry about it. He said if you get sent-down even for a week I will quit my job. He said I guarantee you, you will not get sent down. Well he is askin for £1000 for each appearance in court but he said we only have to go once they will give me community service and a fine he says he will try to get me out of community service and that I will get a 3 year ban. Am never doing drink driving again. Its not worth it.
Do you really think a lawyer will quit his job because he just earned 1000£ per appearance and he lost the case? I'm sure his sweet-talking isn't just reserved for the judge.
Or your dad asked his friend to make sure you go down because you are costing him so much money (remember your little thread on how angry your daddy was). And why is a friend asking 1000£ per appearance?
Oh yeah he also said I wouldn't be able to last 2 hours in Prison. You're a vulnerable person that is the last place you should be.
I usually cost £2k for an appearance, but for you my friend, I make special price! Shall we say £1500? How's that? And if you get sent down I'll even come and visit you - you don't get that kind of customer service with the big impersonal legal firms. I've quit drinking. Am not going to be drinking anymore. I'll get a hobby or something. And no more hanging around with bad friends.
