Yeah, I guess, I met a Bengali friend a couple weeks ago after 15 years and he HATES flying because he is ALWAYS "randomly searched". And he looks like a pudgy teddy bear and is not even Muslim. :shrug:

I've never been randomly searched, but for a while I'd have my luggage randomly checked every time I flew, once some five times in a row. And that was when I had my natural hair color and looked normal.
Flying is probably a privilege, like if the shoe bomber where to get out. maybe they woud not want him flying. Airport security does not bother me or inconvenience me.

all these t-shirts are demoralizing as they envoke the idea that Muslims are to be feared...even though their convey the opposite, these sorts of messages within can be understood differently.
