Just wondering who saw this movie and wants to discuss it. Very interesting and well thought out movie. Many different interpretations it seems. Just want to see some comments or theories of the movie before i comment.

It was art... the best movie art I have seen....

I used to want to be buried like lennon... sealed and surrounded by a fortruss of protection..... a stupid childs wish.

Now... All I truely would ask, if possible is that a tree be planted over my body, so that I may be truely recycled into life and the earth.

Why do I want my body to rot for eternity?

I wont be needing it anymore.

The film was wonderful, but diapointing since it is fiction within fiction.

But it was very well made I thought.

-that... is I would say a good example of quality entertainment.

it was clean... it had few if any real negative influences, it had lessons learned, and dreams fullfilled on a cosmic scale, only to be lost and reborn in cosmic brilliance....

I have to say I liked it.

Somebody said to me that him in the bubble with the tree was him in the future(afterlife) or whatever. I actually saw that part as his current state of being. His living...his life was connected directly to his wife staying alive. Like she was his tree of life keeping him going and he was etching rings (tattoo) rings around his arms to represent the years of his life with her. Like a tree has rings representing the age. What were your thoughts on this.

From what I heard, the movie took 10 years to finish or something like that...not sure if that meant the idea itself or the writing of it...

AS I SEE IT... the whole thing was a protrayal of the fantasy story the wife had written...

a story of the fountain of youth... a tree...

the story of the knight in shinning armor who would find it for her, and save her....

she was the queen... the husband was the knight... and the story was told on may levels, as is they had past and future lives, which were all connected and part of a never ending storyline...

lasting long enough, that the knight was able to bring the tree to the nuebula, and see it re-born... and with it.. all life.

    he almost didnt make it.....
