You dont get DQ for hitting the back of the head in UFC, when people are reverse mounted and defenseless to blows the ref will usualy call a tap out for his safety.

Nah the fight usualy just ends due to the reff stepping in incase of serious injury, the rules state I think that if the person is completely defensless while under attack the fight must be stopped.
