I would have to say either Baron or Shorty on that one. I also think I am the same way but am not going to toot my own horn here; so it's either Shorty or Baron. Chi would also be an honorable mention.

I try not to sugar coat anything but sometimes I have to in order to avoid infractions. As far as most direct, no bs I think Baron, Buffy, String, and a few others.

Oh I agree. I don't even think 'telling it like it is' falls under being 'down to earth'. When I think of down to earth, I think of someone who is level headed, isn't neurotic, psychotic, impulsive or the like; someone who can keep their cool in any situation.
