Then tell me what you think about the implications of being able to microwave the air. This is only a 300 Megawatt installation, and if the low powered version succeeds, well, Gigawatt nuclear powerstations are a penny a piece these days.

I haven't followed your link yet but I've heard about HAARP for many years. Weather control? Or maybe just disruption? Imagine what Tesla could have done to this planet given the funding and authority!! I for one am glad he never got the chance to pump massive amounts of current thru the Earth.

So far they can get about 700 watts into the ionsphere with a fairly smallish grid of antenae. Thats from a 300Megawatt base station. Imagine a 300 Gigawatt station? That could send 700000 watts, growing exponentially more powerful as you get closer to the base. The reason they use a grid is so they can adjust the phase to move the "hotspot" around a 30 degree arc. I've known about this for a couple of years, I don't know what it means but the posibilities are pretty scary. Imagine at the touch of a button someone could melt yout city to glass. No missile. No early warning. Just glass.
Oh the 30 degree arc isn't just above the station, its also below the station as well. Through the earth. Nice thought hey?
