    From a real world example:

    Calculate the surface area of metal inside a microwave cavity of average domestic size required to overload the 10-A mains fuse, for a 1kW applied field, and the time required for the field intensity to reach this level.

    Explain why a DMM shows a slight negative resistance between the terminals of a magnetron, when there should be a slight positive resistance since the spec is 0.25 ohm

    This strongly points to a conclusion that whatever someone did to it, the mains fuse didn't save it.
