The United States should immediately invade Mexico and annex ten miles into Mexican territory to create a buffer zone. The buffer zone should be mined with anti personnel land mines and Apache Longbow gunships with shoot to kill orders should constantly surveil and patrol the buffer zone.

Mexico may have had claim to the Californias and Texas, but the native-Americans made sure they never controlled it. Except for a few puny outposts like Santa Fe and Tucson, the only Mexicans that could be found were living in huts along the California coast. Give me a break Cosmic! Cochise, Geronimo, and Mangas Coloradas controlled what is today Arizona and New Mexico. The Mexicans never had a foothold on the Southwest! It was never theirs to lose.

Well now the Mexicans are taking control in many border states by shear numbers alone and one day they will just vote themselves into power. No shots fired, a bloodless takeback!
