This is not mathematical flaw, probably '+' sign you have has a lot of things going on, it is not the simple addition. Besides, you cannot add two different thing directly in math.

If that was directed at me, it meant just what I a said - a biological accident. Normally, they would produce only one embryo but for some reason split in two. And that's what results in identical twins or co-joined twins when the split doesn't completely separate.
