I have just read that the new Marine One aircraft is to be made in EUROPE

I read just now, as some ammelioration to our american friends, that Lockheed Martin have secured the contract to produce the presidential helicopter! :D

I have a friend at the local airport that got to fuel marine one a few times. was pretty sweet to say the least.

He wasn't. In fact there are two marine ones, kinda like Air Force 1. I live about an hour and a half from Ft. Knox so the only thing we can figure is that they were out there doing something. They came back like 3 or 4 times for fuel over a period of days. They have pictures of it all. They had to use their 7000 gallon truck to fill the choppers. He told me how much money they made on that... I forget offhand though how much it was.
