Meh, Hi Jenn (bad weekend -I'll e-mail later).
There's a thread on what constitutes spirituality and no conclusive answer.
So how can there be paths to it?

There is only one path to Eternity with God.

But as for this thing you call "Spirituality"??? Well i guess there are many different interpritations of what this word means so i guess there could be many different ways to the many different interpritations of what "Spirituality" is.

There is only 1 path, and that is to follow your true self, be yourself, not hypocritical.
But that only means that there are as many paths on this planet as there are people on Earth.
