I was making solutions the other day in the lab and suddenly had the grand idea that there was money to be made in this. We all know that there are lots of stupid people working in labs. They have real trouble calculating how much of each stock solution they should take, and how much they should dilute it, to get the proper end solution.

We also know that automates are the new 'brown' of lab work. We have machines that do the sequencing, machines that do whole mount in situ's, machines that do non-radioactive in situ's etc etc.

We here present the 'solution' automate (tm). Put your stock bottles in it. Type in the desired end solution and watch solution automate do the rest.

I predict that the US will be a huge market.

I'm going to be filthy rich and then buy sciforums from porfiry. Be scared, be very scared...

I would suggest getting a job at a Mint.

Blueapples, why don't you just go with your own gut on how to make money and think of a plan yourself. Everyone is so different that their answers are going to be pretty much useless to you. Thats why you don't see questions like this asked often.

Good old fashioned WORK! Or a good idea with a bit of luck thrown in. Black market products are also very lucrative, prohibition makes very easily and cheaply produced items/substances/plants/phenylethylamines very expensive when retailed to people who like those things.

What is this new fascination with drugs? It used to be a subculture and now everyone is doing it? It doesn't make you happy, it just gives you the illusion that you are happy.

Illusions are nice for some people, fredx. Note that my post above was almost entirely sarcastic in nature, and that it did not in any way imply that i use, sell, or buy illicit substances. Thank you.

This is good common sense. There are some crappy people out there.

I think that if you do what you want to do, follow your dreams, your ambition, then the money will come to you. :)

perhaps but you still have to do it, and thats the hard part.

you can make money at selling anything if you are the best at what you do. specialize and perfect. you must also stay on top of the industry and your competition. if you neglect the last two then you are going to fall into the "has been" catagory.

in addtion, design something that has never existed. make sure it is practical and useful. it must also be reasonably priced for the market it is intended.

i tried selling black market explosives for a while. no1 bought em but dumb kids blowing up there neghbors dog houses... made some cash tho and thats what counts! any stopped that cause its too much works and the market is small. im thinking of bio weapins next. im trying to grow some salmanilla.

In the summer (festival season) I make a fair amount of extra EZ money by buying hundred tickets for raves and outdoor events, from wich I know demand is high and they are allmost guaranteed to get sold out.

Usually you can sell them for an additional 50% of the purchase price, so tickets for 40 euro goes for 60 euro and tickets for 60 euro you can sell for 90 euro. Not bad for something that is legal.

So here is what you do, during the wintertime you make sure you save some money , so that in the summer you can buy like hundred tickets to give you a nice start (do the math!) and the cashflow generated by this will allow you to re-invest in more tickets for other events.

The tickets sell really well by free advertising on party related newsgroups/forums , online marketplaces etc...

The best you can do, is to start buying tickets of 30-40 euro max. This way the initial investment/risk is not very large while the profit is still high.

Sell stuff on ebay. Good money there. If you ever need extra cash, just like walk through your room and be like don't need this and sell it on ebay. I got an autograph from Reel big fish on a poster because I happened to be at this store where they were signing autographs. Sold it on ebay for $100+

chubby ...sort of.. a little out of shape around the middle since i switched from dancer to coach.. but it didn't stop me from taking 2nd runner up in the miss USA preliminaries last month.
As for my computer its dull grey-ish white and very far from new. I dont get the shiny new one for another month, but ill be sure to act a bit more egotistical when i get it. ;)

thats a good idea... ive got alot of stuff i could sell.. ive got a few things autographed by jeff emig i doubt i coud do much with... OH! and the discontinued butterfly-art barbie. (5 yr olds were asking for tatoos for christmas like barbie.. lol)... i think im going to go ebay-ing..

Fraud is the way to go, if you got the smarts, my dad conned my mother out of her house, by making her sign a form when she was drunk to get the riches, im suprised how i didnt kill him.My bro got caught for fraud, when he went around the world and did everything the celebrity way, just find an easy target and bam! your in the money, some i respect for bravery, others like my bro who conned my dad, me and my mother should be hanged and burnt.

I know I sound like a pain in the ass but criminality is not the way to go in life. Almost all criminals get caught in the end, even professional ones.

Maybe in Europe scalping is legal, but in the good old USA it isn't, they will throw you in jail if they actually care to or have enough time to which usually they don't, but I am just making the point that it is against the law.

Also, selling pipe bombs, that is real mature, your really helping make the world a better place.

Also, if you are a petty pick pocket, just make sure you don't accidently try and pick my pocket one day.

Im no criminal, i am successful, very successful, it just took hard work to get me where i am today and lay off the criminals, most have reasons for doing crime.

Making lots of money as a stripper is the EZ part, the HARD part is avoiding spending it all on dope like a lot of them do...
