I installed RH.Linux 9.0 version only to find that it didnt play my Mp3s!!Some patents are conflicting as Red Hat Puts it.

Yeah patents....takes about 30 seconds to go get the proper codecs though. It's really not a problem. Plus, if I may suggest, if you want a distro as easy as RH9 and still supported (RedHat has left the desktop market) then get Mandrake 9.2. Superb desktop OS.
