Hi all. It's me. Kinda back hehe after several formats on my computer I hope to stay online for awhile. I was wondering if you can tell if you lost time or not. One morning I just suddenly became aware of my surroundings. I don't have a single clue of what happened, if I fell asleep from exhaustion, I don't even remember staying up all night long if I did stay up that long. Anyway that I can find out without going to a hypnotist?

BigC-Welcome back. I was wondering what had happened to you. I practice a small degree of Zen, using it mostly to meditate stress away. I have found it helpful in accounting for jumbled or lost memories. If taht isn't your cup of tea, then try beta-inducers. Those are the funky glasses that flash red lights at your eyes. They can help you relax and hit a Zen-like meditation that may free up some of that memory. Of course, if you are prone to epilepsy or seizures, I don't recommend the use of any kind of flashing light.

Beta inducers are generally available at places like The Sharper Image. Other catalog companies also sell different brands. They go for about 100$ and up, but they are worth it in my opinion for the relaxation and near-psychedelic experience. They also can come with a set of headphones which gives an auditory element that helps with the process. Try searching on your favorite engine under "beta inducing glasses". That may help. Just don't call them what we do: "Rot Zot Goggles". (It was one of those things where you had to be there. Trust me.)

Hey BigC, long-time no talk...i'm finally back online for good after numerous computer problems its finally good to go. As for missing time yes it happens all the time during abductions. Wife had missing time just last week when her sisters car stalled for no reason and they were missing 20 minutes and her sister was suddenly lost for no reason in a familiar area. give me your icq numbers again and we'll discuss it more off the board.
Hey oxygen nice seeing you're still here, i'll talk to you on pager....I'm back
take care all Love and Light
