Does anyone know a company that sells laptops on payment plans without a credit check(everyone I know has horrible credit)?

Chances are you pay a steep premium for this and many of them will require that you agree to have the balance (plus fees) added to your phone bill (which will be turned off if you do not pay).

most stores in america will let you put stuff in lay-away.
