the Gallardo isnt aimed at the same market segment as the Enzo, but rather at the "lower" level 360.

Comparing the Gallardo with the Enzo would be like comparing a BMW 3 series with a merc S class.

Yes, nice but ferrari and McLaren get all that performance out of a lot less stronger engine. This is like a Jock car that purely relies on strength of it's engine.

GM makes an engine that is 16 cylinders and has just over 1,500 hp. Very nice.

Umm Jerek Corevttes aren't that fast either.

yup gotta agree with the sarge there, and in any case it's not about numbers on paper, it's about the pure dynamics of the car, the way it handles, the way it utilises it's power, is it a track car? is a supercar that can be used in every day situations?

it's about finesse, about style, and class.;)

A Corvette has a top speed of 185 mph out of the showroom, guaranteed by GM.

If I'm going to drop a hundred thousand pounds into something for style and finesse and class, it would be an Italian car. Probably Ferrari.

I have seen Enzo in the flesh...lets just say that car demands your presence. It is just amazing in it's glass like red paint.

yup, true. Just too much expertise, they have got it down to an art form.

I've seen drivers take out Lambo murcielagos and the like , then step into an Enzo and just tear the test track apart. Although the Zonda is awsome, I mean it can walk the walk, this car totally destroyed the Lambo murceilago when they did a head to head on top gear here in England.

It's a bitch they only make a horrible limited amount of them. Enzo sold out before majority of the public knew it even existed.

Aston Martin V12 Vanquish (limited to 190mph) is my favourite car! (I would not say no to the other AM neither)
