I love post-apocalyptic films

the city ruins underneath the ocean

the children praying in the sun

the hero saving all from drowning

and love eternal span (...hmmm  rhymes rhymes)

Really? I couldn't stand it.

Do you like the Mad Max movies? Those I like, and like Mel Gibson way more.

I love all films with Mel Gibson and Kevin Costner. All of them, especially the Last of the Mohicans. oh the joy. I actually look like Mel Gibson in a way, now.

oh wait...that wasn't either of them. ooopsy

Dances with Wolves is an Academy award winning 1990 epic film which tells the story of a United States cavalry officer from the Civil War who travels alone into the frontier near a Sioux tribe.[1] Developed by director/star Kevin Costner over 5 years, the film (released November 9, 1990) has high production values[1] and won 7 Academy Awards (1990) and the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture - Drama[2]. Much of the dialogue is in the Lakota language with English subtitles, unusual for a film at the time of its release.

In 2007, Dances with Wolves was selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry by the Library of Congress as being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant". [3]

I liked them all, I don't really like him as an actor - but I liked the movies nonetheless. Like Draqon I am a sucker for post apocalypta.

Ok I didn't like Robin hood and never saw JFK.

No Way Out is my favorite film that he starred in. Sean Young was so young and beautiful. And I was very surprised by the ending the first time I saw it.

American Flyers (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0088707/) is one I enjoy, since I used to do amateur bicycle races.

I was about to say No Way Out, a good thriller. But I'm amazed there hasn't been any love for Bull Durham? It's an American classic. Or Field of Dreams?

I liked the way Costner acted in JFK and in A Perfect World.

Bull Durham is the only good film with Costner in it, and he was still shite.

Seriously, I saw that film a couple weeks ago for the first time in several years and I was floored by how goddamn awful he was.

Oh, and Wyatt Earp sucked. (Tombstone, at least, swallowed.)

JFK is a piece of trash. A Perfect World is an under-rated film, but that has more to do with Eastwood than it does Costner.

I've never seen either.

Though it's been ten years since I last saw it, I remember Tin Cup as having been a funny film.

I don't have a favourite Kevin Costner film. He's a lug eared twerp who can't act, with an annoying whiney voice.

I really never liked him that much but when I saw Dancing With Wolves it reminded me more of a documentary that a fictional movie. For that I did enjoy that movie because it was one of the very first movies that used actual Native Americans and their own languages to try to show us what the real west was like before the white man took over.

Saw BD tonight on AMC, and I have to agree with you. It's still a great movie, but Costner's performance borders on morbid. One tone of voice, about three facial expressions the whole film...

When I saw the movie For the love of the game, the audience APPLAUDED like 3 times during the movie. That is a very rare experience, specially for a non-Star wars or other fanbased film...
