Pinocchio's Hoof

A few months ago there was an incident...
I'd come back from an MRI scan at around 7:30 pm and at the house was a couple of women, Pharoahmoan, and Mr C, and Mr C's two girls aged 5 & 7.
After a few hours drinking it was like a mini party
When it was time to go Mr C slammed the door in temper and nearly broke his 7 yr old's arm if it wasn't for woman A sticking her hand out to stop it he would.........
What ensued was a couple of hours of trying to get him home he wanted to drive but we wouldn't let him so he got arsey, we got him and his kids a taxi, but 30mins later they came back in it, this time he got leacherous with girl B and when I came into the kitchen she was cornered by him asking him to go away, I asked him to leave her alone which he did.I came in 15 mins later she was facing the corner with her face in her hands crying (with him being creepy) I asked him to leave,
he refused,
I asked him to leave again,
he refused to leave without his girls,
I refused and told him P/moan would take his girls back to their mother,
he refused,
...etc after a bit more of this I got him in a headlock and put him out, when he tok a swing at me I hit him about 4/5 times in a second or second/half, I then picked him up (as we were friends) and walked him to the end of the street. he then started making death threats.
P/moan took the girls home and came back ,after 45mins of phone calls and death threats I drove 10 mins to his house smacked him once and drove back.....
7 coppers came round and 4 beat P/moan up...
I get charged with battery but the desk seargent wanted to make the charges more serious (because of the prolonged attack of 1- 1/2 secs) and kept me their 6 extras hours waiting for a CPS (i think) to come back to allow him......
They defer sentencing for probation report to see if they can send me to prison (I'm not squeaky clean).
I get 4 months tag ,£60 costs,£120 compensation...
The welfare of the children was not taken into account at anypoint...
I admited in the police car that I hit him and told them why, their response
"We not interested in them were only interested in you"
It is an offence to be drunk in charge of minors....
Mr C died the day before yesterday in a drink driving accident............
JUSTICE.............?
If the police had been even the slightest been interested in the cause of the situation (or the whole picture instead of a segment) then Mr C would still be alive today as the knock on effect of him being arrested for being in drunk of minors, attempted assault, molestation, threats to kill, would have caused his ex to find out about him being an serious alcoholic, the police would have had to inform child welfare (chaperoned visits only)....therefore he would have incentive to give up booze......instead he lied to his ex as to why P/moan brought his kids home and about the whole mess....
me, I am emotionless about it and see it as Karma "he who does not listen does not hear" and all that.....I've still got the tag yet the kids have nolonger have their dad....
Message going out to all the 'PLOD' in the UK not the other divisions just the 'PLOD' you are f*ck*in crap I told you, you can't f*ck with me and even offered to go toe to toe in the cell and you bottled it you coulnd't find your way out of an agatha christie novel....IDIOTS.(sorry just get that of my chest)
or were the police right....................?
