Considering that the U.S.--with its multi-national, multi-cultural citizenry--is being forced by (philosophically inbred) Islamic extremists/terrorists to anticipate attacks of mass-destruction/murder against our citizens/cities, should the U.S. adopt as its operational anti-terror, foreign policy the following?:

Dear Esteemed Leaders/Adherants of Islam,

As you know, it has come to the attention of the U.S., the West, and the world at large that Islamic terrorists -- your own fathers, sons, mothers, daughters, etc. (but mostly your inbred first cousins/wives/husbands/children) -- are plotting massively destructive Jihad against the USA & the West.

Please permit us to advise you, should such an attack be perpetrated against the US or its allies that your holy Kaaba (http://web.presby.edu/~gramsey/Religion_310/Islam/Kaaba.html) and Mecca will immediately cease to exist."

Would this be a viable U.S. anti-Islamic terrorism policy?

This is a viable policy of a 14 year old.

Religious fundamentalism is not unique to Islamic people. It is human nature that when someone slaps you, you slap back. Until now, the governments are involved in fighting terrorism. If those families who got hurt take matters into their own hands, the Mecca might disappear.

Think for a moment. You are guarding the button to a missile. Your brother just got killed by these fanatics. You will find a way to push the button ... the only thing that prevents this is you tell yourself, you are a civilized, professional person. But sometimes there are limits to how much you get pushed back a wall.

Don H,
This is a viable policy of a 14 year old.
Thus from your brief contribution can we construe that you just turned 13?

kmguru,
...there are limits to how much you get pushed back a wall.
Precisely. Is it not rational to express to your detractors that you--a normally reasonable person/nation of reasonable people--are capable of similar reaction to direct attack?

Mutually Assured Destruction worked before, did it not?
