I've started jazzerciszing again, and I am supposed to tell everybody so I can be accountable for my goals of jazzercizing daily.

About 18 months ago, I did some reading, and discovered Jorge Cruise. I liked his ideas alot. Back 8 months ago, Jorge Cruise came out with a new series called, 12-Second Sequence which I bought back in May. (Only because I couldn't find anywhere to download it.)

I am now doing my best to stick to this DVD, and follow it. Some of those moves are pretty hard. Like I can't even do a single knee push up. Much less slow exercising it. Some of these movements, I just try my best to do even though I might not be completely effective.

I also started today a nutrition plan. I have the great CytoSport muscle milk.
I plan to make a shake each day mixing the powder with juiced fruits and vegs as well as with water. I also plan to not eat mean, and do my best to stick to an organic veg-food regime. I believe that between powdered muscle milk, fruit/veg juice, and whole organic fruits, I should be fine. The only thing that is not part of the plan is the coffee. I feel I need to do coffee in order to have the energy to get things done. But I am wondering if it would be better to just do it all without the coffee.

-Follow DVD exercises daily. M,W,F,Su 12-Sec Seq DVD. Tu,Th,Sa Crunch Total Resculpt Kendell Hogan DVD.
-Do neck exercises daily because I have bad neck probs.
-Eat fruits 5 times per day.
-Make juiced fruits/vegs daily with CytoSport powder. Drink concoction throughout day.
-Find some form of full body stretching/joint movement/aerobics to lossen msucles and joints for better circulation.
-Bathe regularly paying attention to facial skin care and dental care. As well as care of hands and feet.
-Learn how to visualize being rich and phsyically fit for motivation.

If I ever meet that Jorge Cruise I am going to beat the crap out of him.

    Lix,

Seriously though. I wouldn't worry about following one person's guide to health as the be all.

Most of the things you mention, eating lots of fruits and veggies, and exercising are great. You need to take in vitamins because most of the fruits and vegs don't do enough to supplant your mineral needs if you exercise frequently and burn lots of calories. You will get to a point where your body doesn't process all the good foods and liquids you are trying to take in as efficiently.

Why no meat, are you a vegetarian or want to become one. Meat doesn't need to be the main course but I would consider keeping some meat, poultry and fish in your diet.

    Lots of water of course.

Not even 1 cup of coffee ? I wouldn't worry about it too much here and there, it has very high detox capabilities from what I understand, you might want to research that some more. You could try black tea instead.

Good luck in your planned exercise regimen.

-I'll drink a small amount of coffee just to stay alert when doing stuff daily and when writing, etc.

-As for eating meat, I want to be a veg. Kind of like that guy, Ricky Williams. But not really a vegetarian per say. I'd like to stay away from anything that is cooked or processed. Even vegetarians and vegans eat potato chips and cooked vegs. I want to go raw-vej. No salt, sugar, starches. No processed stuff. Just organic raw-vej foods. I believe you can get the best nutrition out of fruits, vegetables, and herbs. Anything that grows directly out of the ground. And not cooking it. I get cravings for eating meat, processed food, and junk. But I don't want to put any of it in my body anymore. I know the CytoSport powder pobably contains lots of processed stuff, and so does coffee. But I feel I need to start off taking in these things for my betterment before going full raw-vej.

-As for vitamins. Between the CytoSport powder, various fruits and vegs, various nuts, I figure I would get all I need in terms of nutrition. Unless somebody can recommend some form of liquid serum I can throw into my body that will be absorbed very well, and provide me with full nutrients I need.

A quick glance at the CutoSport powder muscle milk does provide some vitamins. But not enough. The raw fruits and veggies will help.

This is where the vitamins come in to supplement what you are burning off as fast as you take them in. Absorbing these nutrients and water are a balance that the vitamins will help create, so that you don't start off doing great and then 3 -4 months down the road end up being run down.

You have to be carefull about getting rid of all starches and protein when burning so much off.

What you are talking about is far better than sitting on the couch that's for sure. Again good luck.

Just get some amphetamines to take and they will reduce your weight rather quick.

I need advice on push ups. I can barely do a single knee push up. How can I get my muscles to the point where I can start doing girly knee pushups and then going into full push ups.

When you say knee push up does that mean you are on your knees leaning over and pushing your upper body from there ?

If so you could use a chair against a wall so that your not lifting the whole of you body directly up off the ground but at an angle, which will make it easier to start. Just be sure it is secure and solid.

I'm ashamed of myself. I seriously excel at everything except for when it comes to physical fitness. I've tried many times to improve this area of my life, but haven't gotten anywhere.

Today, I started my nutritional plan. As many know, I have a Vita-Mix. It is a blender that turns anything you put in it into 100% juice. I like this better than juicers because juicers are a huge mess, and separate juice and pulp. And hard to clean. Throw an apple in this bad boy, and some water, and you get apple juice. Dunk the whole thing in soapy water, and rinse to clean. Beautiful!

So here is the juice I made today:
    Apple w/ seeds.
    Banana
    Grape
    Red Cabbage
    Spinach
    Carrot
    Celery
    Lemon with skin and seeds
    Ginger
    Cyto Sport Muscle Milk Powder
    Distilled Water

    OTHER:
    Ate apple and banana.
Drank Pilon with French Vanilla sweet creamer.

NOTE: I purchased raw Almonds, Walnuts, and Sunflower Seeds today. Julio Christo! The F#$%ing Almonds and Waluts are F#$%ing expensive as shit. I put some of each nut type into a mason jar, and added distilled water. I plan to let it sit in the refrigerator to soak for tomorrows juice.

I'm so happy to finally be eating good. For the past few months, I've been filling my face with carcinogenic garbage. Ice cream, nachos, all kinds of meats, and dairies, chips, and fast food. Today, is a new day for nutritional eating!

Stick to eating concrete and gunpowder, then try "Jumpoffbridgersize".

    File report on results.

This is exactly what I'm talking about. Even my roomate made this Brazilian ceehe bread. Paodchesco or something. That stuff smells really good.

Today, consumed pretty much the same as yesterday with various nuts added into it. I don't know how much longer I can last. I'm not sure why I keep getting these cravings for carcinogen junk foods.

LIXLUKE, you can't even do ONE pushup?

    That's pathetic.

Equally pathetic is that thinking 12 seconds of exercise is going to do anything. I was doing 600 sit ups a day a couple or years ago to boost my abs.

Your problem lixluke, is that you are lazy.

I'm having a hard time doing a few straight pushups while on my knees.

On the good note, I made it through 2 straight days without caving in the slightest. If I can make it through to Wednesday, I'll be happy.

It's pathetic that you have to resort to girlie pushups, and you can do so few of those.

You should be ashamed of yourself. No wonder you can't keep a job if you are so weak.
