Nope, Iraq was already living in the Stone Age when we invaded. They're sewer system is simple open ditches in the public streets! Hell, I think the cave men even did better with their sewer systems than Iraqis!

As to the OP; the Gaza inquiry is already horribly tainted with overly biased accounts .....and many of the UN workers are involved in that bias against the Israelis!!

By refusing to co-operate Israel is demonstrating its Pariah status, and, of course this will not make the (alleged) war crimes go away. The investigation will continue with or without Israels co operation.
