http://www.madison.com/wsj/home/local/index.php?ntid=266662&ntpid=3 Just for note, this happened at MY high-school and I am asking your opinion on it.
The kids that were stupid enough to do it deserved what they got. Including the fines which the parents have to pay for raising brats. After all, school IS for learning and hopefully the kids involved and the ones who saw the results learned something about idiotic behavior and the consequences of it.
Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image! it is not enough. Those kids need to be attached with Gps units live transceivers on their feet so that police knows were they go and were they at. Also the school cafeteria needs to have at least 2 cameras focused at the kids perpetrators. The families of the kids need to be fined and the students themselves must be jailed on saturdays and sundays, and given extra homework to do for a year. Also the students must write a report saying why it is wrong what they did and hold a lecture in which they apologize for their misbehavior. The kids need to wear blue t-shirts to be easily identified within school kids that they are the ones who did the deed. At home they must be stripped of their computers and not allowed to watch tv for a year at least. parents must keep guard on these perpetrators and install motion devices to monitor their kids. No parties must be allowed. No girlfriends and no boyfriends. The kids must also attend a church meeting to be preached of their sins. I fear that this is not enough...meanwhile I will be composing a list of other things these perpetrator students must do/act.
yes, that as well as...clean every toilet in school for a year. Also clean every day the food facility and facilitate in food production, they must also work to pay for the shock induced by other students from this event.
Wait a minute - - they are graduating kids who have never been involved in a food fight ? Standards are slipping. But at least they are introducing them to the proper functions of courts, and the police, and lawyers, and the workings of the legal system. It's good for kids to learn respect for the law at an early age. And probably, if trends like this catch on, they'll need the ability to navigate that system.
I think the punishment wasn't harsh enough, they knew that they would get in trouble, cause damage, and create disorderly conduct. But they did it anyway.
During lunch... Suddenly the table exploded with sauce and pasta... I got frikin' sauce all over my shirt... Damn seniors... Yes, I was there.
Packers Kick Butt, the Sea Squawks went home minus their tail feathers, dam what a game, Go Pack GO!!!!
Yes, they certainly are being taught that America knows how to keep its house in order. Goddam idiotic school administration.
It seems the one thing kids shouldn't be these days is kids. They should count themselves lucky they weren't charged with assault and battery.
This kind of act explains why there is violence against school administrators. I think that one of the things that still restrains teenagers from beating school administrators is the fact that they do not think that those turds are worth being jailed for murder, and if they start beating the principal who so richly deserves it, they won't stop until they're done. Maybe can't stop. The deeds that they do to people are damaging enough to demand blood revenge from any sane human.
everything up to a 100$ fine would be okay but like you said it would be the parents paying it up. Cleaning up the mess and doing the dishes for a whole week would have been a better solution
Yeah, its over the top. Kids are supposed to be stupid, have food fights, and then be forced to clean up their mess.
