View Full Version : Is it possible to activate the brain cells by metallic ions?
plakhapate 08-05-06, 02:37 AM Is it possible to activate the brain cells by metallic ions?
I am a Chemical Engineer.
My age is 52.
I carry out regular exercise, yogasana , pranayam and have nutritious (low glycemic index) food so that I will not have diabetes problems.
My Body mass index is well within limit.
However my blood sugar level is always on the boundry level.
Recently I started drinking water (1 liter stored for 24 hours in Copper Pot) in the morning.(Earlier Stainless Steel pot was used)
To my surprise my apitite has improved a lot.
Sugar level is also well controlled.
Is it that the Copper ions enter the blood and ultimately activate the brain cells.
Does Silver and Gold ions will have similar effect?
Pls comment if anybody has got similar experience.

MetaKron 08-05-06, 11:48 AM There are proteins in the brain that fold correctly when they have copper. They misfold when there is an excess of manganese. Those proteins will exchange one for the other when one metal is dominant in the environment.
Stainless steel contains manganese.
Thank you for posting that. I will obtain a copper pot and do what you did. Copper pills cause nausea when I take them, so this should be a better way.
plakhapate 08-13-06, 02:55 AM Stainless steel contains manganese.
Does Manganese ions deactivates certain brain cells , which is the cause of many diseases.

Try researching Willard Water.
This all sounds like alchemy to me. Without known scientific research studies why would you want to singularly experiment with your brain?

Manganese is the cause of misfolded brain proteins called prions. Manganese in the system will cause a cow to test positive for those proteins, if you test the brain tissue. Copper reverses the effect. You can't go on compensating for manganese by using copper ad infinitum, but I think that using copper containers to drink from is a good idea. I am going to start doing that when I can find one.
I would speculate, but have no proof right this minute, that copper might displace lead and other toxic metals. With lead and manganese we could be talking about essentially the same mechanism of poisoning. There is also bismuth to consider, which is part of common remedies for stomach-aches, which also can cause ulcerative gastritis and brain and kidney damage.
MetaKron 08-14-06, 10:39 PM And why would I want to "singularly" experiment with my brain, Valich? It is because science and medicine, while they give us some useful tools, have become a total clusterfuck. Sometimes you have to find out for yourself what is going on and do something about it before you end up dead or drooling on yourself.

Sounds like you'd be experimenting with your own death by using yourself as a guinea pig?
I know I have. Try swallowing an extra large marshmellow whole (no chewing). For 30 seconds I thought I was going to die.
18Quintillion 08-20-06, 03:29 PM I think metal ions in general are bad for your brain. That's why they call rock music 'Heavy metal'. Heavy metals like mercury and lead fry your brain, they believe aluminum fluoride causes alzeimers, I read the other day copper may, too. I guess it depends on what it combines with. copper sulfate is the green-blue coating you see on bronze statues, it tends to bond with sulfur.
metals like calcium and sodium ions are what conduct electricity through your nerves though, they are the light metals.
Lithium is used to treat mental illness, I guess because lithium ions mimic calcium ions or something, can get in there and sort of zap your brain.
I think a common recipe for crystal meth is made from lithium batteries, so maybe it uses lithium in some way.
Lithium is technically a metal I think.

A hundred thousand deaths a year from physician's mistakes, that the AMA admits. Even more from using prescription drugs in the manner prescribed. Who in hell is experimenting with what?
