View Full Version : Is anyone on your "ignore" list? 1368 02-25-04, 11:11 AM I'm curious about how often it's used. Kunax 02-25-04, 11:16 AM i have attempted to igonore my self, but it does not work :) sweet Pentax 02-25-04, 05:23 PM what a pity that sparks isnīt here anymore:D certified psycho 02-25-04, 05:25 PM i have no reason to put anybody in my ingnore list hypewaders 02-25-04, 06:16 PM There should be a button where you can ignore everyone. Oh, wait, there it i cosmictraveler 02-25-04, 07:44 PM Everyone has the right to make a fool of themselves ...and I'm included. So why get rid of them , just take them with a grain of salt. That is of course they don't start getting vulger or threatning. curioucity 02-25-04, 09:03 PM ignore ignorance (um wait, is there a member by that name?) Silverback 03-02-04, 12:04 AM Absolutely not. I can't even imagine the point of it. If I didn't want to read whatever a certain poster had to say, I would skip it or just skim over it. How about you, 1368? You asked the question, is it something that has come up? Scaperzrule 03-06-04, 02:46 PM No, I'm new, but surely if you ignore someone it blocks just their posts not the whole thread. Doesn't that make the thread kind of hard to follow, if big chunks are missing? And does it telll you if something is missing, or are you supposed to guess? certified psycho 03-06-04, 04:49 PM i want to know what the whole point of the ignore list is. Stokes Pennwalt 03-25-04, 12:40 AM No. And if they were, I'd probably be compelled to view their posts anyway. So why bother. Tiassa 03-25-04, 02:50 AM i want to know what the whole point of the ignore list is.To be honest, I've used it once, and as a filter. It was easier for me to not read the tantrums of a particularly ... colorful and "loone-y" poster. I could follow the more relevant debates within a topic that way. But only one poster, and I've largely forgotten about him; I don't think he's even around these days. Dr Lou Natic 03-25-04, 04:19 AM "loone-y" ? Tiassa 03-25-04, 04:53 AM There are some people around here who might remember what that means, Doc. Athelwulf 11-21-04, 01:49 PM Killr Carrot is on my ignore list. He's had the honor of being the first person to ever end up on my list. It happened . . . almost a month ago . . . In some thread, he posted suuuuupeeerrlllllooooonnngg posts with nothing but "hahahahahahahahahahaha . . .". It took forever to scroll down. But Killr Carrot is gone now, so I don't hafta worry about him. I'm lazy, though, so he's still on my list, and will most likely remain on it. I'm gonna go find that thread . . . Logically Unsound 11-21-04, 01:51 PM i ignored dreamwalker for a while, then unignored him cause hes one of the most interesting people here. Athelwulf 11-21-04, 02:00 PM Who could put Dreamwalker on their ignore list?! Well, I think the thread was deleted. Shame. Dreamwalker 11-21-04, 02:16 PM Hmm, my ignore list has following members on it: ajota james bond jbrittenham vincent28uk Can't really remember the topmost two, but I am sure they are on it for a reason. Formerly on my ignore list: Proud Muslim, Logically Unsound and Philocrazy. Heh, thanks Unsound. :D Logically Unsound 11-23-04, 11:33 AM what does it mean? please tell me pleasleplaesplleasepleaplesaepleaseplesasepleasele asple?
