View Full Version : Is The Moon Hollow? darksidZz 07-10-07, 08:38 PM A hidden poll for those of you interested. http://www.onelight.com/thei/hollowmoon.html GhostofMaxwell. 07-10-07, 08:41 PM It's well differentiated and is large enough to become spherical under it's own gravity. No chance! Orleander 07-10-07, 08:42 PM is it dead or does it have moon quakes? GhostofMaxwell. 07-10-07, 08:44 PM In the past its had activity but isn't currenty active. Orleander 07-10-07, 08:45 PM In the past its had activity but isn't currenty active. how far in the past? GhostofMaxwell. 07-10-07, 08:54 PM Actually it does currently have quakes many orders of magnitude less than the earth but it hasn't had lava flow activity since a billion years ago. So it's geologically dead and I guess the quakes would be due to tidal forces. MacGyver1968 07-10-07, 09:01 PM It's not hollow...it's made of cheese. Haven't you seen any cartoons from the 30's? That's scientific proof enough for me :) spidergoat 07-10-07, 10:08 PM I'm sure it's hollow. Cheese? Please. That's where our souls go when we die. |
