Is it? Is it healthy? Does it have a purpose? Is it effective? Is it ethically correct? Is there a philosophy behind it?

A good definition I've found: "The habit of resting before getting tired."

What are your views on laziness?

I think its a bad thing only if it adversely affects other people.
If you want to live in a park and panhandle, I have no problem with that. If you want to live in a park and steal, I have a problem.

    My stance exactly.

Feel free to be lazy, just don't mess things up for everyone else.
