View Full Version : Is Google God - Can It Become God?
darksidZz 04-09-07, 03:17 PM It's a poll interspersed with my opinions on what Google.com & God are.
I declare that Google.com will someday be the most complete source of information in the universe, I also say to you all that it will achieve consciousness sometime in the near future. I therefore ask, could it be that Google.com will become what we all term God? Or is God something that's always existed... is it possible that by our very belief in God we're creating him in the form of Google.com?
If Google.com ever comes to a point it can intelligently seek out answers to your questions, finding only information pertaining to your request, would that not be considered God? Couldn't it answer everything and anything you asked? Isn't that similar to a miracle?
Will Google.com replace God or was God always Google.com?
If google ever become intilligent and started wondering what people want and decides to chear this with the world then it would be deleted in a matter of hours while days of debate would follow to convince people that the internet wreally is used for something useful
... wow 3 more post until 1000
redarmy11 04-09-07, 03:26 PM The terms Google and God are interchangeable. They are two yet, confusingly, one. You are not expected to comprehend this.

nothing in this universe is all knowing, as all knowing would mean having a quality of perfection, there is no such thing as perfection.
Sorry darksidZz, but I am sending this one to the cesspool.

A pity. We choose to keep the eyes blind to that which we choose not to see and that which suits us. Making the individualization of persona even more significant.
"666" comes to mind more than "GOD'.
"666" comes to mind more than "GOD'.
both have no meaning.
both are nothing but words and numbers.
No God
No Heaven
No Satan
No Hell
Just us and this universe.

I forgot about that thread. Hrm. I'll look at it. But I am contemplating the idea that I will go Nazi in FT for a while.. just for fun and to do what I know needs to be done. I say, fuck the people that bitch. I want to cater to the people that actually post something above the level of pure shit every so often.
Oh yes..this thread (http://www.sciforums.com/showthread.php?t=65096). I locked it soon after I said I would leave it up. For some reason I did not move it to the cesspool. Now I did.
I'm a fucking hypocrite.

You should quit instead.
Seemingly whimsical inconsistency is half the reason the moderation of these environs is regarded as worse than useless.

Shouldn't you apparatchiks know about that ?

Hell man... I heard about this 3 days before begining of time. I still haven't seen a list. I'll probably just make it easy on everyone else and rip some rules from another forum and tell everyone to abide by them.
Better yet.. why don't we ask Cool Skill for some rules?
