No. And I don't exactly understand what it means to be stalked on a forum. Like, someone sets out to post in every thread you post in?

More like someone who watches when you're online, and who keeps tabs of exactly what you are doing while online. And then they proceed to start sending you PM's if you aren't in the threads they want you to be in at a particular time, because they can see where you are in the forum at all times. After that, they start demanding you reply to every single one of their posts and start harrassing you in PM's.

And then you have the weirdo (who shall remain nameless) who starts sending you PM's demanding you change something in your posts and attempting to use threats and intimidation in said PM's.

There are all kinds.

I personally like the 'invisible mode' and I do use it.

I am not. I am still alive, why should I hide? Death will take away others ability to see me. Life is short, let others see me until I perish.

I went invisible to hide my shame when I first joined because I use to be on here 6-7hrs a day. Now I drop by but never cared to get off the invisible mode.

Yes they could. But I've found in the past that they seem to turn up miraculously in the very thread I am participating, as I am participating in it. Lets face it, some people lurk like that.

No. But if they know you're online and see that you're in the forums at that particular point, they can start hassling you then and there.

True, however if they see you are online and sit there and watch where you are at that time, they can see if you are doing as they demand and if you aren't, well then the harrassment gets even worse.

It's just a personal option for me. I've found it to be useful and frankly doubt I'll ever go back to not being in invisible mode. Lets face it, there are some weirdo's here, and while the invisible mode does not get rid of them entirely, it does help a little bit.
