http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yCM_wQy4YVg I just finished watching this 65 minute long conversation with Ron Paul and Google and loved every second of it. I highly recommend it to anyone who is even remotely interested in who this man is, what he has to say, and what he'd like to do as president. I think you might be pleasantly surprised. Or, if you're like me and you've already heard it all before, and you just want to hear it again. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
They ALL tell us what we want to hear but once they are elected they don't or can't always do what they tell us. Look in the past, do you see any President that won doing exactly what they promised during their campaign speech's?
Ron Paul seems sincere. He has a long history of consistently voting for what he preaches. Cosmictraveler, you should be interested to know he voted against the war too.
Thanks for posting the video. Great interview so far. Just by showing his interviews to people I know they have been convinced to consider voting for him as well. Word-of-mouth is a powerful advertiser. Trying to spread awareness any way I can.
Sure he's sincere, but he wants to turn back time and reduce the role of the Federal Government to a ridiculous level. No national parks, no UN, no FDA, no Social Security. Come on, people that's why he won't get elected president.
No Federal Reserve, no war in Iraq, no illegal immigration, very low taxes to support very limited government. Most people either love him or hate him.
I don't love him or hate him, I just think some government institutions have proven their worth and shouldn't be scrapped. If this were a time of plenty with a low population, his philosophy might work, but not in a modern nation.
I like him better than the other candidates so I'll probably vote for him. If he gets elected I think he'll get assassinated before he can do much so I'm not sure if voting for him would be good or not. Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!
It's disgusting how major media seems to ignore him at all costs. I heard him say that in one debate they skipped him more than once.
The media isn't free. It's controlled by corporations with interests. We can't have a credible person elected as president who has integrity and isn't controlled by those powers. This is why debates, and news in general, only focus on the popular sell-outs. If you vote for any of the mainstream candidates, you're a fool only hurting your country. - N
