Last night I dreamt of cutting the tip of my penis off for Halloween. Not too long after doing it, I soon regretted it and wanted to sew it back on myself. When I couldn't find my mother's sewing kit, I sped over to the nearest Kaiser Permanente to have a surgeon put it back on.

During the entire time, I toted it around in my pocket. It was cold as hell and the skin was falling off. I woke up, sweating and in a panic, before I got to the hospital.

I don't know what this means. Does anyone here?
