How can i protect my self from becoming insane?

DO you have any problem? Maybe you should talk with a psychologist, you could get a gred deal of help. If you choose friends that are sensible and intelligent people, then it will do a lot of good to you; if your friends are a bunch of airheads, then that's not a good way. Read a lot of science, throw away any kind of religion that you have, and I think that you will be fairly protected

I'd suggest that if you're searching for some protection against insanity, ye're probably halfway there already!
