Also, members are no longer able to give infraction to other members. Again, how would he have given you and Genji for that matter any infraction?

We are able to see who gave you an infraction, when, where and for what as well as seeing who gave them to you. We are also able to view infractions that have expired and been reversed. No where in the list of infractions to your name is there one from Roman.
