Having saved humanity from such wastes I would then proceed to plow down the remaining junk left-over ie. houses that takes space up but surely aren't castles (why would we want anything but cool ass castles). I would enforce social reforms and socially oriented structure in the world. Meaning people go not to companies like McDonalds to eat food or restaurants, but to cafeterias. They use and share rides. Basically socialistic government to the extreme.

enforce the use of generic drugs above the more expensive drugs. Make sigarets more expensive. Make the law more transparant make the constitution more simple but force the population to know it. Make basic economy, first aid and politics mandatory in school. Stop child support incomes afther 2 children (in the hope it can lower the population) Make it harder to immigrate Abandone the military sell all assets and hire UN forces for military tasks with only some small elite troops.
I'd enforce state-wide testing for various strengths and weaknesses. Then, I'd kill everyone, excluding 1/12 of the farmers, 1/12 of the most most physically fit people(not including the farmers), 1/12 of doctors(not including the farmers and fit), and 1/12of the most intelligent people(excluding those who were drafted into the other groups). Oh, and I would keep everyone in the military alive so that they could kill the others, and of course I would keep an equal amount of men and women alive and a sufficient amount of young people who could bring forth the next generation. After that, I would start training camps for children where they would learn academics 5 days a week, and work on developing their physical talents 2 of those 5 days also. Art would also be stressed. I would try to keep the economy stable, but eventually I would impose high tariffs on imports and move toward a socialist model. I would require a community meeting for each neighborhood once a week, and promote a culture based upon family(not the parts of their family that get killed of course) and excellence in all things. I wouldn't mind if I was hated for all the people I killed, as long as everything went off without a hitch.
Thankfully you will never be in charge of anything like a country so we won't have to worry about your ideas becoming reality. Since the wealthy seem to want everything for themselves they are in a minority because most of the humans living on the Earth live with bare necessities or none at all. Only in developed countries is there some equalization of those that have and those who have little or nothing. Without shared responsibilities that the wealthy need to remember they won't be in a good financial way for very long for it is the middle class that make an economy work the best. The environment is a very important thing to keep in mind when building anything today and everything should be built in a more "green" way if possible. Although those castles look interesting, they really weren't built very well for air circulation, sanitation , water distribution, location and costs as well as many other things.Please Register or Log in to view the hidden image!

Today castles just aren't that needed any longer. Few people would want one for the upkeep alone would be very high. You seem to be one of the few who want to have one but once you understand the costs to build, maintain and insure would make you think twice before building one. Castles were needed, or so the aristocracy thought, back in the old days. as far as castle cities, just look at the large cities today. The buildings, from a distance, look like one big castle in a way.
