Welcome, one and all to the 17th in the series of "if we can kill fetuses, why not ....."

My question is. If we can kill a bundle of cells that has no consciousness, why can we not use weapons of mass destruction, causing the immediate death of 35% of the worlds population, followed by the other 65% being killed as a painful result of the chemical and nuklear fallout.

I mean, both situations are basically the same, right?? :P

And you use Che as your avatar?? We don't have rights until we are born. No pinkie nail size shrimp has human rights. The woman and man do. Nuking sentient beings for...for what reason? Is mass murder. People that don't like abortion should'nt have one.

Are you being sarcastic?

No. The OP author uses a Marxist avatar and is obviously anti-abortion. I'm only sarcastic when I'm in a good mood.

I was asking the author of the original post.

I know, nobody answered either. I could have put up a pretty good argument too.

speaking of 'che' how do you pronounce that? does it rhyme with 'hey' or 'pa'

DJ Erock:

Hey.

Genji:

Ultimately it is only a difference of scale. If we presume to have the right of unjustified killing (I.E. murder) in any case, then it stands to reason that these cases can be expanded to include genocide and nuclear annihilation.

Notice that two of those threads were started by Roman. He seems to be the guy behind the force to compare abortion with differerent things arbitrarily.

On an unrelated note, alain, is your snotwuh supposed to say "you have me" or "you hate me"? If it's the latter, your snotwuh contains a typo. ;)

Why would it rhyme with 'pa'?

I had some difficulties with figuring out the pronunciation of the guy's name too. To me, the name was either Spanish or Italian, and conformed to the pronunciation laws of one of the two languages. Until recently, however, I leaned towards Italian and pronounced it "kay".

That is unrelated indeed, but this got cesspooled early, so who cares. It's from a Rammstein song, but I could never find out which of the two it meant. How do you spell 'You hate me' ?

'Du haßt mich'.

And some fishing around at Wikipedia has given me this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Du_Hast

You need a permit to kill a fetus.
