IXL777 vs. gendanken

and who ever else, cause it seems like there are a few.

I am new here, so somebody help me out. What started all these fueds? Who in your oppinion is in the right?

gendanken in my opinion is more in the right than IXL777 but I don't agree with the approach each of them is taking. They should just calm down, go for a walk for a while then come back and discuss their issues like civilised people with as less cursing as possible.

What started it? I believe it was gendanken pointing out that IXL777 is more or less a multi-poster who has nothing of real importance to say.

Although I haven't officially taken sides, I will say this,
I've seen alot of people multi posting in alot of different threads.
I can think oof a couple reasons to do so, some of which I have noticed is the case. For instance, you post and think of something else...
well, I guess you could always edit.
Replying to more than one person at length. (seen that one a few times.)
Clarifying yourself at a later date.

But, I guess there are bad ways to do it too.
reposting the same thing over and over, and the like.

That should be done in one post, just say who you're relpying to and it's okay. But I usually forget to say who I'm talking to so people just have to recognise what they said in my post :bugeye:

This is more acceptable. If a certain amount of time has passed then you can post another reply with some new information included. But not a minute afterwards, you'd have to edit

 

I suppose if you look at it technically gendanken would be in the wrong, because she started it by insulting IXL777. Then again her argument is more solid. Dedicating a whole thread to this is funny though.
