Well, that happens sometimes. I have left two other boards recently because of some bitter disagreement with some people.
It's a very sad thing that even here, in virtual space, where you can win or lose nothing at all, some people seek war instead of mutual understanding.

So , let's analyze this situation. What did happen? Maybe they had issues previous to sciforums, we don't know that. We don't know who they really were. Maybe one joined to get even with the other, and when the other left, so did the one. Mission accomplished? A personal vendetta.

 

Yes - I couldnt care less about some inconsequential argument in cyberspace. Once it's over it's done. If you spend half your life mulling over whats happened to you here thats your problem.

Come one, Zero (if you are still lurking)! You cannot blame entire community for the conduct of several individuals. If somebody insulted anybod, it was his/her personal responsibility. Obviously, he/she has no intention to apologize and the others have no reason to apologize in their place.
Those of us who do not like flame wars already posted their opinion in the thread(s) in question. What more do you want us to do?
