Correction: Haifa is in Israel. The University is Israeli. It's also one of the more liberal and peace-oriented Universities in Israel. Which, to me, is what makes it a stupid target to pick for a terrorist attack. When you've got Israeli students who want peace and a Palestinian state, you would figure the Palestinians would not be big on killing off and frightening the students.
